Installation instructions

– Copy the folder “rc390s21” to directory x:/Grand Theft Auto V/Mods/update/x64/dlcpacks

– add line:

“dlcpacks:/rc390s21/”

to dlclist.xml inside x:/Grand Theft Auto V/update/update.rpf/common/data
