Installation:
1. Open OpenIV and copy the ‘spcaranew’ folder to the file path “mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/”
2. Navigate to ‘dlclist.xml’ in “mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/”. Add
“< Item>dlcpacks:/spcaranew/< /Item>”
