Drift handling for Jintei Nissan Silvia K’s 1998 S14 Kouki

Hello everyone! I am making this simple meta.file edits for myself, but maybe for someone will be useful to.

First install car: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/nissan-silvia-k-s-1998-add-on-tuning

and then just drop Handling file into your car folder where u have vehicles , carvariatons, and others things.
