– Redesign license plate to the NYPD spec

– Add the optional sound config: compatible with Monkeypolice188’s LC Pack sirens

– If your emergency light doesn’t work or they’re in the wrong place. Use SirenSetting Limit Adjuster
– If the game crashes during the loading screen. Use Gameconfig
– You’re allowed to use this for your FiveM server, so long as appropriate credits are given.
– Please don’t ask me for help if you’re using FiveM. I’m not using FiveM so I don’t know how to solve it.

1.
copy the ‘lcpdhwy’ folder to the file path “mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/”

2.
open OpenIV, navigate to ‘dlclist.xml’ in “mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/”. Add “dlcpacks:/lcpdhwy/”

3. (optional, if you want to use Monkeypolice188’s LC Pack sirens)
replace the ‘vehicles.meta’ in “lcpdhwy/dlc.rpf/common/”
(Sound source files aren’t included in this pack, you need to install his LC Pack)
